  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to PAKISTAN.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided or via your Smart Sman account.

5. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, Smart Sman is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
